Notes fall down three lanes. Tap each one as it crosses the line. Tap right when the note sits in its slot for the most points, and keep your finger down on the long ones. Play the built-in tracks, or add your own songs under My songs.

Playlist
Tap + on any song below to add it. The playlist plays the songs one after another without going back to this screen.
Edit notes is on: tapping a song opens the editor. Switch back to Play in Settings.
Mode
In Edit notes, tapping a song opens the editor: tap along with the music to place notes, slow the song down, jump back and forward, move notes around, and save the result as "My chart".
Look
White stage gives every song its own colour.
Notes follow (your songs)
Applies to every song under My songs (and My chart also to the built-in tracks). To try a different style on one song, change it in that song's row.
Play with
The same game, but you can also tap a falling note anywhere on its way down. On the target it scores as usual; earlier or later taps still earn a few points.
Click a lane, then press the key you want for it. Esc pauses the game.
Swipe notes
Some notes become arrows. Swipe your finger in the arrow's direction (up, down, left or right) as the note reaches its slot. For iPhone and iPad; not available with the keyboard.
Challenge
Missing a single note, or letting go of a long one too early, ends the song. In a playlist the next song starts.
Sound and timing
If your taps keep landing late (common with Bluetooth headphones), move the offset to the right until "Perfect" feels on the beat.
Pick several songs at once, or a whole folder. Chart files (".pulse.json") picked with them load too. You can also drag files or folders here. The game finds the tempo, the verses and the choruses, and writes notes that follow the singing. Songs stay on this device.
No songs yet. Your MP3, M4A and WAV files will show up here.
On iPad and iPhone, tap the lanes at the bottom. iPhone tip: turn off silent mode to hear the music.
